The hostel is centrally located in the idyllic little summer town of Sjötorp. With only 150 meters to both the Göta Canal and Lake Vänern, the hostel is excellent as a starting point for excursions along the Göta Canal, both by bicycle and by boat.

The B&B has a room with 3 beds, in the form of a bunk bed and 1 personsbed, shower and toilet. For this room is a little kitchen at your disposal with a table with 6 chairs. You can buy bed linen/towels, and breakfast buffet.

Room with higher standard

For those who want a stay in class with hotel standard, there are rooms of higher standard. Sjötorps Hostel has 6 double rooms with toilet and shower. These rooms include bed linen/towel, as well as a breakfast buffet served at Kajutan restaurant (during the highseason). This combination will give you the experience of staying in a hotel.

We offer free Wifi to all B&B guests. In order for you as a resident to be able to carry out your daily digital needs, a Wifi with a speed of 200 Mbit / s is available at the B&B.

We offer free parking in the B&B's terrain. In order to avoid paying for public parking and to spare your back from carrying packing, a free parking is available at the B&B.

Close to restaurants

There are several restaurants near the B&B. Thanks to the central location of the accommodation in Sjötorp, there are good opportunities for variety of restaurant. You can have a coffee at Baltzar café, have lunch at Kanalkrogen and then enjoy a fantastic barbecue buffet at Kajutan. Or you can enjoy a hamburger at Henty's. There is always a choice to make, but whatever you choose, your meal will taste delicious.

Comonly kitchen

There is a shared little kitchen at the B&B. Although there are countless restaurants nearby, we understand that eating out is not always possible. Therefore, a shared kitchen is at our guests' disposal. If you are in need of a bigger kitchen you can always ask the owner. There is a possibility for using a big kitchen when neaded.

Close to the beach

There are a few beaches near the B&B. During hot summer days it may be necessary to cool off to keep up the energy and mood. Fortunately, there is a bathing area just a few hundred meters from the hostel.

Buffet breakfast

A buffet breakfast is served each morning at Perssons i backen (during the highseason). If you live in a room of higher standard, the breakfast buffet is included, and if you stay in a hostel room it is possible to book a breakfast as well.

Close to Göta Kanal

Göta Canal is just around 150 meters from the hostel. The popular tourist attraction Göta kanal is very close to the hostel. Also Sjötorp's bicycle rental (cykelsemester.se) is nearby, which makes the B&B a fantastic starting point for bike excursions along the Göta Canal. As Sjötorp is located on the shores of Lake Vänern where the canal joins, the hostel also serves as a good starting point for boat trips along the Göta Canal with Bellevue.
